Discount Schemes
Please note the following discount schemes will be implemented with immediate effect for A LIMITED PERIOD ONLY
1.) Loyalty Discount - All ex-FCL home buyers are entitled to 0.5% discount
2.) Multiple Unit Purchase - Any purchase of 2 or more units, each unit is entitled to 1% discount. Purchases must take place on same day.
3.) Family Group Purchase - Any purchase of 2 or more units by immediate family members (father, mother, brother, sister) are entitled to 1% discount for each unit. Purchases must take place on same day.
4.) Special Furniture Package for Tenancy - Details as follows:
ONLY the following selected stacks are entitled to additional 15k shopping vouchers (to be payable upon TOP)
Stack 49 - Facing Fern Trail
Stack 14 - Facing Yoga Court
Stack 25 - Cemetery
Stack 2 - Siglap Road
Total 18 units. (Equivalent to the starbuy scheme as mentioned earlier)
HOWEVER, if you prefer to receive a cash rebate of the above amount, do let us know so that we can make the request with the developer.
IMPORTANT: Please note for any purchase outside of the special stacks, only 1 discount will be applicable regardless whether they are eligible for all three categories.
